The State Flower!

The famous Hawaiian hibiscus is actually a flowering shrub and is commonly used as a hedge.  The yellow hibiscus is Hawaii’s state flower, but our favorite is the rich coral color we see so often on the Road to Hana.  If you’re interested in seeing different varieties of these, or any other flowers, on your journey to Hana check out the Garden of Eden botanical gardens.  It’s the perfect place to experience the beautiful Hawaiian flowers of the Hana Highway.
