Paia Gelato uses the finest, freshest ingredients for gelato on Maui, embracing extremely high standards for quality, consistency, taste and ingredients. Paia Gelato is unique in that they utilize locally grown produce from the slopes of Haleakala, like kula strawberries, liliquoi from Haiku, papaya from Hana, and mango from Kula. Although there are some favorites that they always keep in house,  their gelato selection is always changing with new crops of fresh ingredients and inventive creations.
